Sofia leads ECD Insight’s client services team, working closely with our consultants to coordinate client administration. She helps the consultants to create tailored programs and works with clients to ensure our sessions run smoothly.
Sofia has many years experience of Customer Service and Operations. Prior to ECD Insight, Sofia was a manager at Regus Tower 42 in the City of London, where she was responsible for the daily running of the centre as well as managing a team of seven. Her main duties were within operations, administration and finance.
A Swedish national, Sofia has been based in London for over six years, but has also lived and worked in Ireland and Switzerland. She has a diploma in Hospitality, and certificates in Telecoms programming for two major providers. Sofia speaks English and Swedish fluently and is conversant in German. |
