Joanna Sullivan Client Services Administrator
As Client Services Administrator, Joanna works alongside the ECD Insight consultants and Client Services Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and scheduling dates for clients. Joanna has over 6 years experience working in customer service roles. Before joining ECD Insight, she worked at SAGE Publications for 2.5 years as a Books Customer Service Advisor and prior to that she worked for Clifford Thames - a specialist provider of outsourced services to the Automotive Aftermarket.
