As Client Services co-ordinator, Katrin ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Her role also involves liaising with clients, diary-management, producing workbooks and doing research to prepare ECD Insight's consultants for sessions.

Before joining ECD Insight, Katrin was a customer service advisor at Siemssen Tiefkühlprodukte GmbH in Hamburg.

She completed studies at Am Lämmermarkt Vocational School in Hamburg and spent one year in high school in Portland, Oregon (USA).

A native speaker of German, Katrin also speaks English and Spanish.
