As Client Services Coordinator, Joanna works alongside the ECD Insight consultants to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of sessions and the office. Her role involves liaising with clients and scheduling dates for coaching sessions.
Joanna has more than 8 years experience working in customer service roles.
Before joining ECD Insight in 2006, she worked at SAGE Publications for 2 1/2 years as a Books Customer Service Advisor.
Prior to SAGE, she worked for Clifford Thames, a specialist provider of outsourced services to the Automotive Aftermarket. |
