Helen Lucas is a partner at ECD Insight and a financial services industry expert, helping develop clients' communication skills with both internal and external counterparties. Her professional background includes two years as New York bureau chief for International Financing Review followed by four years as a senior editor with IFR in London.

In addition to her broad experience as a capital market communications specialist, Helen has undertaken a wide range of coaching assignments for numerous leading international companies.

She began her career at the Financial Times’ newsletter division, before joining the IFR as a London-based reporter. A UK citizen, Helen has a BA in English Literature and Drama from University College of North Wales and advanced training in counselling from the WPF in London.
