Glenn Whitney Director

Glenn is a confidential advisor to leaders and an innovative communication coach, focused on developing trust and emotional intelligence in individuals, teams and across organisations.

He has consulted for over a decade to board-level executives and other leaders from many of the world's most successful companies. He also works extensively with Olympic-level coaches through UK Sport's Elite Coach program.

Educated in the U.S. and the U.K., Glenn has an MSc. in Organisational Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from City University of London (Regent's College) and a B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College (Pennsylvania). He is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and a regular contributor to the Annual Review of High Performance Coaching & Consulting as well as other publications.

Glenn started his professional life as a business journalist, including seven years as a correspondent for The Wall Street Journal, where he was jointly awarded The Overseas Press Club Award. Glenn has lived and worked in Paris, Zurich, Frankfurt, Mexico City and Barcelona and speaks German, Spanish and French.
