Programme leader

Glenn Whitney A leadership development expert, Glenn works with senior executives from many successful companies as well as Olympic coaches. His challenging and compassionate approach develops emotional intelligence across organizations. Glenn’s background includes seven years as an award-winning correspondent with The Wall Street Journal. He has an MSc. in Organizational Social Psychology and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology.

Nigel Redman Nigel played for England, the British and Irish Lions and Bath during an illustrious rugby career. He captained the Lions twice on their victorious 1997 tour of South Africa and played in two World Cup campaigns. As Elite Coach Development Manager for the Rugby Football Union, he has a deep interest in team dynamics and performance. A graduate of U.K. Sport’s Elite Coach Programme, Nigel has worked with many leaders in sport and business.
